That doesnt make sense, why put fans on that arent cabaple of running like they should?

In theory the fan to 3 pin will work, but it would mean voiding warranties, defiling your card, and running a cable out of the rear of your card all of these things are bad. Maybe the card is limited via driver and not BIOS, so if we can figure out how to disect the driver and find out where/if these setings are then we can figure out how to do this with software.
