OP, if you plan to OC and already have a 850w psu, it's an easy choice. The only reason to go 6950 is if you plan to stay stock or are actually planning on a trifire later on. At your resolutions, the 1.5gb vs 2gb VRAM difference won't matter.
It's just another option to consider in your choices, which are all pretty good.
I've thought of these but put them down for a few reasons:
1. they scale similar to 570s, which barely hold a candle to a 6950 cfx for their $30 extra price increase
2. even when overclocked to 580 levels, 6950s still equal them in performance whilst costing $60 less
But they are huge epeen boosters
granted had I the cash I would've given them some more thought but for $60 more, its a big jump for not that much performance.
They are lightnings however and have some tremendous resale value.
