What does it use for coding (that we have access to?) I heard they may grant superficial access to C++

I see some pictures of the SDK but i dont understand where you input the code...and what the language is.
I know technology has advanced to a certain level, but i don't think it is still near where only drag and drop and you have a near crysis game.

I dunno, but I've had the SDK on my computer for a long time

Hmm I may have to check this out, even though I use Unity3D Pro. It's always healthy to keep tabs on other engines, especially the wildly successful ones.

It also helps to have awareness and ask questions of the Unity3D staff about the next release and new features etc, even though I'm extremely happy with Unity3D currently.

OT:
^^ Kiwi your quote with "x86" made me spit vinegrette from my salad out my nose. It burns LOL

I work in IT so this one was personal. I have supposed IT "engineers" on staff, that know nothing about PC's at all. When I talk about limits on Northbridge, and QPI etc, they look at me like deer in headlights.

Then I ask them about the potential data bottlenecks inherent in systems they specced out for a new applicaitons and the same....

Times we live in...apprently it's all about who you know for who gets hired...

Thread Starter
To clarify, the guys saying that they had the software for weeks, that is the Crysis 2 Sandbox mod tools (or you torrented the actual SDK), NOT this SDK.

With this SDK you can make your own dedicated, non Crysis related projects. This is comparable to UDK....
