Sig rig, with 4A of fans. Plus a gtx460 768 folding full time.

Wondering if I will be ok to play say BC2 while folding on my 460.

6970 OC + CPU OC + folding gtx460 24/7? I suggest get at least 850 watts or more to be safe.

750 would be enough for every day use, but if your folding I would agree. 850 would be more safe.

although its not the same as yours, I fold on my cpu and both my gpu at the same time on a tx750 with no problems. All three are overclocked as well.

I say your HX650 is fine.
At stock and running Furmark, your system would draw around 300W from the PSU. It will be less when playing a regular game such as Bad Company. Add a GTX 460 at full load and you're looking at ~450W. With that said, even with your overclocks there is no way you'll come close to the 650W your PSU can deliver. Go for it and don't worry.

HX650 will be plenty as its a quality powersupply.

You should be fine on the HX650, however it will be pushed pretty hard. I personally like to have a little more overhead.
