What motherboard suits my configuration ?

Hey guys
I've been thinking about what motherboard between these 2 would i take for my configuration.

Asus M5A97
(http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD...5A97/#overview)

Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3
(http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...px?pid=3907#ov)

Between those 2 motherboards which one should i take for my new configuration.

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
Memory: 4 GB Kingston 1333 MHz
Graphics Card: Asus HD 6950 1 GB
Hard Disk: 1 TB Samsung Seapoint F3
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 Plus
PSU: Seasonic SS-500ET, 500W
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212+

BTW, i plan on overclocking my CPU to 4.2 GHz.
Anyway, please recommend which one do you think it's best to choose.
Thanks

those are pretty low end boards
why do you want those ones?

EDIT: Best OC potential would be the

ASUS Crosshair V Formula

or even the

ASUS Sabertooth 990fx

i would recommend more but i know a lot more about these boards than most other new ones out

I'd jump up to the GA-990XA-UD3. Between the two you posted, though, I'd have to stick with Gigabyte.

This. Gigabyte is probably superior in terms of overclock, but having the other PICe run at x4 pretty much closes the door on the feasibility of future crossfire.

Why is everyone recommending some else motherboards when i DON'T want them and DON'T want to spend that much money no matter how much is it good or bad.
Anyway, choose only between these 2 and don't recommend something else
Thanks

i would have to say the gigabyte board. better cooling and higher phase design. are the other parts what you already have?

I'm a big fan of Gigabyte. I'd love to have one of their higher-end 9** boards.
