Just wondering what the response time is on Msi online customer service? Been waiting for ~55hrs now, not very good at waiting tried browsing the net but most answers were a decade old...

I would have preferred that they just sent the response as kanji so I could run it through google translate. The response was something like "Sometime yes this happen for you can to recite what is. Something seems to have gone wrong of late. There's been issues with their customer service recently, as I've seen a LOT of complaints and have a few myself.
