Hi,

Guess it comes down to how cheap can you get the 5770 for
And what you can get the 6870 for.
Bottom line both will need to be upgraded in the short future if in to
heavy graphics.

Hi,

If you feel comfortable doing it might take the housing off, clean it out as to dust, cathair mice, ect and retim it.

If you feel okay with that , If not just keep the fan from spinning and blow it out.

Bought it and done with the setup too

I started Pc and got a notification "ATI Driver Successfully Installed" (wow)

But just want to ask 1 thing.
I've done the connection with 1 bridge connector*.

And it look same as this pic :

I mean a bump on the connector.
Is that wrong or any harm to the crossfire ?

Or is it Okay ?

P.S. = The Pic is from google

1 = GPU 1 (I Guess My Old GPU and main for pc, because LCD connected to its port only)

2 = GPU 2 (I guess this 1 is new GPU ?)

Why there's so much difference between the Core and Memory Calculation ?

Hi,

Strip is flexible to allow for different board spacings.
Make two length strips for these boards for the spacing.

All you need for cards is one crossfire strip unless going tri-fire.
Good Core-Mem setting for these cards is 960/1375.
Just watch the temps when benching or gaming and may have to back
down if artifacting or heat.
Core voltage is the main key as to performance, fps, ect as opposed
to the mem setting. And heat and problems if set to high.
Milage may differ between cards.

Keep mine under 70c loaded with those settings.

Have fun

Last night I've tried the "gpu-z" and the GPU temp. was 51c but it keeps on increasing, Why so ?

I have 2x 120mm Cooler Master fans on the side panel, on top of GPU's to blow the air out !
Maybe that will help a bit.

GPU 1 :

GPU 2 :
