MIIIF 1156 / GTX460 768mb / i7 870 / +waterblocks

Trying to get an appraisal on a few parts

1) Maximus III Formula w/EK waterblock. No accessories. Includes IO shield.

2) EVGA GTX 460 768MB w/Koolance full cover waterblock. Comes with DVI to VGA adapter. Can do 900mhz core folding stable. Never went above 44c under water.

3) i7 870 1156 w/Aquacomputer Kyros HF. Capable of 4.2ghz@1.35v. I'm the second owner. I run it at 4.0ghz@1.28v. Temps stay below 70c with my setup. Folding stable.

Prefer to sell the motherboard and processor as a bundle so I don't have to unmount the CPU and water block. Motherboard and GPU were bought in December 2010. Motherboard and GPU spent 99.99% of their life underwater. I tested for functionality before putting the waterblocks on.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

1) Maximus III Formula w/EK waterblock. No accessories. Includes IO shield.
$125 w/out block $150 with block.

2) EVGA GTX 460 768MB w/Koolance full cover waterblock. Comes with DVI to VGA adapter. Can do 900mhz core folding stable. Never went above 44c under water.
$150 on a few sites new, still a good gpu, $85-95 range

3) i7 870 1156 w/Aquacomputer Kyros HF. Capable of 4.2ghz@1.35v. I'm the second owner. I run it at 4.0ghz@1.28v. Temps stay below 70c with my setup. Folding stable.
Still going for $280 new so I would say $160-175 range and that killer block is worth $45 used. If you wanted to give someone a great deal $210 for the block and CPU + a little shipping.

I don't know about the rest of the stuff, but I just sold my i7-870 for $175 last weekend, and that seemed reasonable to me.
