GTX 560 and Black-Ops don't mix???

Hello there. I have seen a couple people with this problem, but no solution. I have just upgraded from a GTX 465 to a GTX-560. While running my games (mainly COD: Black Ops) with the GTX 465, I had well over 100 FPS. Now that I slapped the GTX 560 in, I am having nothing but stuttering every other second. I can only describe it as LAG. I am still showing over 100FPS, but it will drop every other second from lets say 130, to 100, back to 130, to 100, without skipping a beat. My ping is always in the 50's, so I would assume it isnt my internet. I have tried using driver sweeper and completely removing all drivers and then going back and reinstalling the drivers. No change. I am not sure if anyone may have an idea on what could be the problem, but if u have any ideas, let me know. Thanks!

I have tried the drivers that came with the 560 (270. something i believe) all the way to the new 280.... same thing. With V-Sync on I get 60fps, and it will do the same.... drop to 55fps, stutter, then back to 60. It happens all game long.

Hello, black ops and 560Ti should be fine, make sure you have the latest drivers and then run OSD (on screen display) and show your gpu usage, I'm thinking somehow your 560 is down clocking with your current drivers hence causing the issue.
