P8P67 Pro unless you need the features of the Z68 chipset...then get the P8Z68 Pro. Both are tried, tested, and reliable. OC'ing a 2500k to 4.5Ghz takes literally one minute and the BIOS is very easy to work with.

Unfortunately though, neither of those boards will match orange and black as both are black and blue. They're still the boards I would pick though

Z68 offers three features that the P67 doesn't.

1. Integrated graphics. If you have a graphics card, then this doesn't do anything for you. Basically, if you own a P67 board, you need to have a GPU plugged in otherwise you can't use the computer. Z68 allows you to use the built-in GPU of the Sandy Bridge chips.

2. SSD Caching: it's debated whether this actually helps SSD performance or not, and if it does, it is only slight. If you have an SSD, you might look into getting a Z68, and if you don't have an SSD then there is no point. A lot of people who have SSD's don't bother with Z68 because the performance difference is negligble.

3. Lastly, Z68 offers this feature for video-editing (forget what it's called). It mostly helps with rendering/video production, so if you're not doing any of those things then don't bother.

I have seen your white and orange case and all the mobo's you have narrowed down are unique in their own way, features/ preformance. Your leaning towards the Z68 and want it to look good in the case otherwise youe would not have spent large amounts of time painting that case.

The all black board by ASRock z68 would really pop inside that case and overclocking it is a snap. Plus, when the new gen IB chips come out your already set.

Translation: Z68 offers features you will probably never used or needed. Z68 is a waste of money.
