I actually had this briefly with my brand-new Asrock Z68 Extreme 4 Gen3 board last week.

It has gone away now, so I cannot identify my issue either.

Did you change anything that might have made it work correctly? Mine seems to just start acting normal then back to the way it was. Did the problem just disappear for you too? I might contact ASRock to see if they have any ideas.

I see your using the cpu graphics, how long before board shuts down and restarts ? Also is your reset cable from the case to the board is correct way round ?

Also make sure your cmos reset jumper on the 3 pins on the board is in the correct place.

Nothing comes to mind. I've just built this system; the mainboard, CPU, RAM, and case are new, along with several fans. I'm re-using the rest (including my power supply).

I would make a suggestion of checking XtremeSystem's forums; they have a thread dedicated to your specific mainboard.
