now i have core temp, i see (varying from core to core) it reaches around 71, i dont like that at all :/

It looks as though CPUZ is misreporting, Coretemp and Speedfan are reporting it at 3.3Ghz...

Do you have EIST and intel speedstep disabled? It might be that your CPU is thermal throttling at 5Ghz...

I wouldn't get one of those Thermaltake prebuilt water cooling kits, they basically suck. If you want to go water build a custom loop. If you're going to stay air then go with a Noctua D14 or Thermalright Silver Arrow.

Ok,

Your machine is stable, but your CPU is thermal throttling it... Your cores are hitting 98c and it's dropping the multiplier automatically.

You should NOT be going above 4.5 on that heatsink, whilst it's "stable" at 5ghz, your thermal temps are an issue... You shouldn't be hitting above 85c on IBT stress testing.
