I second this.

What you'd like and what you get are two different things, I'd like to win the lotto but it's not going to happen, just like you're not going to get this at 5ghz on that cooler.

If you really want 5Ghz expect to drop $100 USD, not aussie, on cooling. You have the Noctua NH-D14. The H80 I think it is or you can go the whole way with the RASA 360 kit.

4.5 Should be ok depending on airflow. I see you have the Antec 900. It's ok for airflow but a bit constrictive as far as cases go tbh...

check temps when you set 4.5Ghz and don't forget to drop the vcore by a LOT!

Yea lol.... I have the same chip and cooler with push pull and my results are (both done with prime small fft to get peak temps):

Before lapping: 1.41v, 4.8ghz - 79-82C typical highs, 83 peak

After lapping hsf AND cpu: 1.41v, 4.8ghz - 69-72C typical highs, 74 peak

27c ambient, fans 100%. So yeah I lost about 10C, and the thing is, my temps in prime at 1.49v 5.0ghz are like low 80s, even that is really good from what we have in sandy stable spreadsheet.

(1.41v is not my stable 4.8 clock but I did that to hold variables constant for comparison after lapping)
