Thread Starter
Hey, I have a PII 925, I have it at 3.2ghz atm, but If I try to go any higher it crashes. I am running a Asrock A770DE+ mobo. I'm at stock voltages atm. I want to get it to 3.4ghz to 3.6

You've got to manually bump the vcore.

Raise it to what? So do all i need to raise clock speed and voltage? and lower the Htt multiplier?

I'm a bit of a overclocking noob.

Is your chip a black edition? Or can you increase the multiplier to overclock your chip?

If so you should just increase that to 3.4 or 3.6 then add a touch of vcore and test for stability. If it crashes add some more, but always be aware of the temps and your chip's max safe temp limit.

If you can only overclock by increasing the FSB then you'll need to add more voltage to other parts of the system.
