Crossfire and crash?

Thread Starter
I just got back the RMA for my Twin Frozr II 6950. I was able to unlock this one and have tested it to be stable alone. My other twin frozr II 6950 is also stable, but when I put the two together my system just bsod as soon as I enter windows. Doesnt seem to matter if i have 2 xfire bridges, 1 bridge or no bridge, It just crashes.
Could this be a driver issue? Because I dont think my mother board is bad. I have tested each card individually on both pciex16 slots.
Thanks
Also, Is there a program for wipeing drivers. I looked it up on google but the one i found is discontinued and has no dl link.
Thanks
Valery

Driver sweeper will do the job perfectly

You can find it http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/

Clear the drivers off, reboot, put in your second GPU, reboot, then install your newest drivers then reboot again.

sounds like a good app. I came across that one when I searched, but this is stopping me "Attention - Guru3D Driver Sweeper has been discontinued as such you will not find any download links here any longer."
Have another link?

Disable ULPS. It's enabled by default and will cause BSODs if you try do oc using third party applications.

You should disable it every time you reinstall drivers.

Use my utility to do it, or you can do it manually.http://www.overclock.net/amd-ati/108...e-disable.html

I've never done that in the 15 years i've been working in IT, also, pro's use the BIOS for overclocking their CPU.

Have you owned an AMD GPU crossfire configuration before?
And have you tried overclocking said GPUs using a non-Overdrive tool? (Afterburner, Trixx, etc)
