Well that does not sound as a panel matrix fault at all. If the black dots move from one place to another then I don't thing it is a panel matrix fault.

It must be something with the monitor, because when i plugged in my other monitor everything is fine... I just dont really have a clue what it is as its hard to explain and I cant take a screenshot because they dont show up on it.
