Yes it is, If it's blowing air into the heatsink, then that's how it should be.

Feel the direction of airflow as it is now by putting your hand on the RAM side of the CPU heatsink. Then note which way the heatsink fan is facing. You want it on the RAM side, blowing air TOWARDS the BACK of your system. I shall take your picture and draw an arrow.

Could you take a look at the picture where you can see the fan+heatsink again?

If you look at it, the back(the closed side) is against the heatsink. Is that correct or not?

Yes, but it needs to be blowing towards to the back of the case through the heatsink. Your exhaust fan is currently fighting for air against your heatsink.

EDIT: Look at the picture in Reality's post, Switch the fan to the other side so it's blowing air into the heatsink. Put your hand by it to see if it's blowing out or in.

60 when I opened minecraft.

So, loads loads better!

Edit: Peaked 67 when I logged in Minecraft...
Another edit: stays around 65-67 when I play Minecraft with MSN, realtemp, mozilla, taskmanager, the minecraft server on the background...

That's better. You have the fan blowing into the heatsink right?
