Upgraded Mobo Now Cable Management Is Disaster

Thread Starter
hello fellow overclockers, i recently upgraded my motherboard from a asrock a780lm-s board to a biostar a770e3(red and black edition) and since then my cable management has gone to hell.

i have a Hec Blitz black gaming case i purchased from newegg back in feburary although it doesn't have the best cable management it still worked well with my asrock with enough zipties.

the problem is this new board the biostar the the 4pin and the motherboard 24pin are on the same side of the board close to the i/o plate and this has created a disaster.

i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to what can be done to rectify this situation without having to purchase a new motherboard.

i may be tempted to buy a new case but it would need to be 50.00 or lesser with ups ground shipping to 18634. i may be able to provide pictures later if i can find my misplaced camerea

the power supply im using is a raidmax cool blue modular 530

Can you try to fit the 24pin underneath your expansion cards? (wrong colors, but same board)

I've been able to fit 8pin eps connectors in that area for certain boards, so you just might be able to squeeze your 24 through there if you shape the cable enough I guess.

If you cut/drilled holes under the mobo will your cables be long enough to get to where they need to go?
