My Bitspower fittings don't screw in all the way, with tubing it gets close but never all the way.

If I have sleeving over the tube it's almost impossible to get it even close, you need to use every last bit of finger strength to get it even remotely close to the end lol.

seems like his tube is made from softer material. I'd suspect 1/2x3/4 would be a bit robust but then again its xspc and they are not the best in terms of quality . I'm using good ol' Primochill and tfc fittings and its a pita to get them on. Now that I think of it, the old Primochill uv red 1/2x3/4 tube I used before was a bit softer and the locks threaded on more than the white I have now.

As long as it doesn't leak, your good op

How am I getting them all the way in then?

That is one of the reasons I love Koolance fittings. They have flat spots for wrenches to ensure that things are nice and snug. You don't need to go yanking at things with a 3ft breaker bar. A nice snug with a 6" idiot wrench will do the job just fine.
