Quick question regarding speaker wire polarity

Thread Starter
So I just finished re-foaming my JBL LX-500 woofers and I completely forgot to check the polarity of the wires before I took off the woofers so now I have 50/50 chance of getting it right, but I want to know for sure that I am right. Here are pictures of the wire and the wire terminal. One terminal is marked with red (positive) and one wire is stripped black (I'm also assuming positive). Which is which? Thanks in advance!

Super easy way to find out what's positive and what's negative:

Get a small speaker, hook up the wires to it. On the other end of a wire, use a little battery (AA, AAA, any battery works). Touch the wires to the positive and negative ends of the battery. The speaker should pop. If it pops OUT (towards you) it's positive, if it's inwards, it's negative.
