i7 920, asus p6t deluxe v2, kernel-power event id 41 errors

First of all this is my setup:
Asus P6T DELUXE V2
Intel Core i7 920
Corsair CM3X2G1600C8D
Corsair TX850w
The system is not OCed, everything is on default in the BIOS.

I have had sporadic Kernel-Power errors for a year or so, but never really looked what caused it because they appeared only once a month.
But the last week I had them, let's say on average once every hour and that is too much.

Are there things I can try before buying replacement parts?

I've started testing with higher voltages to see what happens.

This is the HWMonitor output
Hardware monitorWinbond W83667HG

Hi alphagamma,

Welcome to OCN.
First be sure to fill in your system specs so other members can help you out faster without asking questions we can get from this being filled in.

Take a look:

Also, when you get these errors, does the system blue screen? Does it lock-up?

Also, here is a quick read on that error.

Did you PC ever not get these? If so did you install anything, make any changes just before they started?

I think I had atleast 6 month without the problem when I just bought it.
The install of both Windows 7 x64 and Ubuntu 11.04 is a clean install and both show the problem.
I once installed some extra HDs, but already tried without them, same problem.
