Unfortunately this is not enough. And probably reason why i didnt FEEL gameplay improvements when I had a killer nic.
I already cap my downoads when playing an online game

This is why BFN has had a hard time 'proving' that their products work. Recent 6.0 drivers now include a special UDP ping tool that constantly pings a particular BFN server and gives you a latency measurement, and this could be used side-by-side with a non-BFN-equipped system under controlled conditions to test the improvement in UDP latency under gaming conditions (they have a version of the UDP ping tool for any computer to run), but doing so would be difficult, I would think.
That is why I wrote to test with the SAME computer at the SAME time. Two machines will introduce too many variables.
But pining BFN server doesnt prove anything, its a game server that has to be pinged and its fps recorded (min fps especially).

you know the real feeling i have when i use one of the G1 boards? I feel like there might be lag, but i am not feeling it. I honestly dont' feel lag ever, i might in the beginning of the game when i join for a few milliseconds, but then if there is lag, everyone else lags and i can move freely. It might just be my connection, or the game i play, but i do feel like there is no lag 99% of the time i play.
