Diamond RMA process.

I sent in my Diamond 5870 last week to Diamond. Did everything they requested and they should have received the card on Saturday or Monday most likely. I never got anything saying they received the card, but i still have about a week to meet there 7-10 business day for RMA timeline.

My question is simply has anyone else RMA'ed through Diamond and what was there experience?

I have only done a couple RMA's, one through MSI on a motherboard, and it was as painless as can be, as they kept me up to date when they received the card, approved the RMA, was sending it back, and so on. Also on a couple open box items from New Egg that was returned and refunded very painless. Kinda worried that Diamond hasnt said they received card or anything.

RMA takes a long time. They work like the DMV, you're the last one to know anything.
