Most accurate temp program for i7s?

I've got speedfan saying I'm running at around 15c on all cores, then coretemp will only give me a 'distance to tjmax' temp, despite any changes in settings I make.. What are you guys using?

I'd like to get this settled so I can start OCing this 2600k..

use core temp or hwmonitor but it think that temps are pretty cool i mean whats the room temp in there like 10C or something

I use Realtemp, hopefully that's accurate enough. From what I remember, core temp used to be accurate, but I didn't have the distance to tjmax issue you're having. Probably because I have an older generation i7

My temps in this room are likely between 15 and 20c, thus speedfan concerns me. HWmonitor is reading 27-30, realtemp is reading 30 or 31.

Ah, figured it out. I was booting an older version of coretemp, which was not cooperating with my processor. Re-downloaded it and all is fine, I still think it's the simplest, cleanest program for monitoring temps.
