Steelseries Xai problem

Hello ! I have problem with my ss xai ! I buyed it 6 montsh ago. Problem is about traciking. When i do fast moves with him cursor just stops for a sec or 2.I tryed by cleaning the mouse pad (use qck heavy +) and by cleaning laser from outside because i dont know how to open ss xai(can you help me with that?) And help me with this pleas !

It sounds to me like you're hitting the sensors malfunction rate on your QcK. It's a pretty common issue with the laser sensor they chose since it has trouble keeping up with high speed movement on a majority of cloth surfaces.

I would recommend that you try a hard surface or basic table if you want the sensor to perform up to it's rated specifications.

That was one of the reasons I returned my Xai.

Xai and QcK just doesn't fit for each other.

If you want to change your mousepad, 9HD is recommended (might be just too small for you).

If you want to change your mouse, get a mouse with optical sensor (works better with QcK).

Is there any mather because i have it for 6 montsh and till now i didnt have any problems with it ?
