Ok. That mean that you can run up to DDR3 1600 in that mobo without any problems.

So if i select 800MHz, would that be the only option i need to change? Cause i read a few threads and it said I would have to change the timings or something.

Don't do it right now. You need to find the max FSB that you cpu and ram can take first.

EDIT
Remember to keep an eye on your NB speed and HT speed with CPU-Z.
Keep your HT around 2000 and you may need to adjust the HT multipiler in the bios to keep it around 2000.
Keep you NB speed around 2600 for now and Remember to adjust the multipiler to keep it around 2600.

Second EDIT
Sorry I'm tried right now, so my grammer is a little off.

Ok. That is fine. The minimal NB speed you need is 2000, but the more is better with AMD.

EDIT
Here is a list of thing you need to know about ocing any Athlon II or Phenom II.
1) Keep temp under 60c for Athlon II and 55c for Phenom II.
2) Max cpu voltage on air is 1.55v.
3) NB Speed take it as high as you can.
4) CPU-NB voltage max voltage is 1.5v.
5) Keep HT around 2000.
6) Keep Memory around or lower then stock speed.

Ok. You need to do the math. The FSB x HT multipiler and keep it around 2000 when you look at CPU-Z.

EXAMPLE
FSB is 250. The HT multipiler need to be at x8 or 1600 in your case to be at 2000 on the HT speed.
