Time for a new monitor, help me pick.

Alright, my current monitor needs replacing. Currently the monitor is a 27' and im unwilling to go back to anything smaller. So I currently have two options.

I could go with a 27' 120hz monitor:

27" Acer 3D LED Monitor £498.32 Inc VAT

OR

Go back to a 27' 60hz monitor:

Hanns.G HZ281HPB 27.5' £239.99 inc VAT (Same one I have now but newer model)

What would you recommend doing?

As i see, you dont look for picture quality, just 120hz, and size, so.. i would go for a TV.
You can get them at lower cost, than a monitor, at 32" for example.

If image quality matters, there are DELL U27xx or 30xx models, with IPS panel. But those are not 120Hz.

What happend to yours? I would just get the newer version if you really liked it. 200 quid extra for 3D is kind of expensive...

I'm having problems with the pixels on the screen along the whole top of the monitor and down the left hand side, they are basically dotted and spread out over my screen on light coloured surfaces they are flashing rapidly flashing white and on darker colours they are flashing black.

Obviously i made sure it had nothing to do with my computer and checked on another monitor and its fine.
