Hi guys..

I actually posted a thread on gereral graphic card section..
I dont want to make another same thread so I will just post a link here.

I have a problem with my ENGTX580 DCII which one of the chip got disconnected. want to find out what the part is for.. please help..

What are the numbers off the top of the IC?

APL means its an Anpec IC. I don't see 3516 in the parts list. Look again and make sure that's right.

I have checked 3 times and it is the right #..
The web u linked didnt have that product so i googled and checked some korean site and found something with same number but different alphabet behind..

APL3516AKI-TRGSOP-8 Power Switch

I actually tried to solder it myself last night so i opened up the gpu. But one of the leg in totally gone so i couldnt get it done.. Gpu is still working.Im no sure if voltage stuff r functioning correctly though.i changed everything to watercool last week except the gpu since water block has still not shipped from ek..

it may be some sort of controller for the SLI connection or something, judging by location and that the GPU still works..

That is what i'm hoping for..
I'm not going for sli so if it only matters with sli that would make my day..
But what about the fan..I dont get both fans to control or monitor
