Well... I know this stuff won't fly in the US, or will it? I actually wonder if Samsung actually directly copied, I am not sure :/ But of course I'm not following this stuff.

OT: When will people start realizing that Apple is an awful company, who tries to remove their competition using unfair practices, instead of actually innovating and beating them fair and square? I pray for the day the general public opens their eyes.
you should throw a facepalm at yourself because i wasnt referring to his support with customer support. i was speaking in terms of how apples phones are > galaxy lineup because of the support that they offer.

oh, and the iphone can do flac. its just that freaking apple doesnt wanna have it useable by itunes nemore. there used to be support for FLAC but apple took it off for some dumb reason.

dont get me wrong, i loved my sammy vibrant, i just had to move on because tmobile service sucked for me and i needed something else. and the iphone only cost me $100/2 year contract. whereas my vibrants cost me $200 :/ and mind you, this was for 2 iphones as well!

they just have the general design off all full touchscreen smartphones, they could even argue that its a newer version of the samsung star.

but the case itself is ridiculous, like ford having a case against BMW because their car has 4 wheels to.

You keep saying iPhone's offer more support, but what kind of support are you referring to? File-type support? Customer support? Lower-back support? What? Support is an extremely broad topic when talking about technology. If you weren't talking about customer support than what type of support are you talking about?

This suit is just downright ridiculous... I'm surprised it's lasted this long in court.

I've heard this is also why the Galaxy S Wifi models (or are they the Galaxy Players? I'm seeing both and can't determine if they're the same or different...) are being delayed in North America. Does anybody know if this is true, or when they'll be released? My iPod's headphone jack is faulty and would prefer an Android alternative, especially after hearing about this case and the doctored evidence...

I really really hope this goes through.

Why? Hopefully this retardation of a suit will force people to realize how flawed the patent system has become.

Apple has every right to try this, they're playing the game. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

That is a huge joke, Samsung products are 10x the products apple will EVER be. I hope apple's stock keeps falling and they burn in a pit.
