Have fun with glossy plastics. o/

Nice choices, however I would return the Kabuto (if I'm reading the box right). It is terribly vulnerable to wear (it gets creased, folded, dirty easily) and get something more heavy duty. Kabuto is designed as a small "on-the-go" mousepad, which it doesn't like is what you're going to be doing with it. Get something thicker and more wear-resistant, it'll be worth it in a few months when your Kabuto starts to show wear.

Thanks and good suggestion... I already got a few mouse pads that are of higher durability for when that time comes... This keyboard really is something else... I am still getting used to it trying to justify the steep price I paid for it but it will pay off as I will be using this while I work from home... I hear the loud mechanical clicks in my head now...and typing does make the difference compared to membrane keyboards... I can type faster on this and more accurately than my roommates iMacs keyboard which is really impressive...
The mouse is excellent as I immediately got some kills in ut3 and bfbc2 much easier than my wireless mouse which has that very faint lag compared to this mouse...

I am guessing you are referring glossy plastics to overpriced and underperforming products? I didn't get the g510 thanks to your comment, what would you have recommended?

Good that you didn't purchase the G510!

At the moment I can't recommend any keyboard for you...

I'm buying my first mechanical keyboard, the Filco Ninja Majestouch-2, tenkeyless with brown switches. That's because I game a lot and don't like the clicking noise of blue switches. I also dislike all glossy plastics. And I also like simple and stylish looks.

___
Edit: BlackWidow has it all for me to fully dislike it: glossy plastic, big size, blue switches, wierd font, razer. But if you like it everything's ok.

Was a good choice imo Deathadder is pretty much a wired only mamba with different button layout.

Yeah it's personal preference from there I guess... This is my first time owning Razor and the 'Certificate of authenticity' does not make me feel any better... I read both good and bad reviews and am deciding to see for myself...

These mechanical keyboards are something different though in a good way...
I haven't had the urge to beat many of my games and hope this keyboard and mouse entice me to... such as FEAR 3, Portal 2, Bulletstorm, Batman AA, even Starcraft II...

Thanks for the help! +reps
