Facetime is basically 3g video calling which has been around for years now and only just released on the iPhone and iPad last year except it could only be used on WiFi up until a few months ago (in the UK) when it could be used over a 3g network, and lol at the apple store thing, I only go in the Apple store when I'm in town and I want to go on facebook when my phone has run out of battery.
