Cheapest black interior ATX case?

Thread Starter
So the dull interior in my HAF 912 is starting to annoy me since my case is open more than half the time. Seeing all the beautiful pictures of people with black interior cases, I'm really tempted to get one. Since i have very little money and shipping for the HAF 912 will cost a fortune, I am looking for the cheapest black interior case. It has to fit my HD 6970 and my H50. I don't have any interest in tool-less solutions since its not like I change my hard drive every week or so so it's not a must. I remember looking at a NZXT case which costed around $40 and had a black interior however I read that neither an HD 6970 or H50 could fit in it.

I suggest CM Elite 430 (Black). It can take your HD6970 and your H50 with no problem. It costs US$50 with free shipping.

Have you checked out the HEC Blitz?

I just ordered one this morning. Pretty impressive spec sheet for a $40 case and I like what I've heard about it.

If you're on budget, the cheapest way to go is to paint it yourself.

Sand it, prime and paint.

The cheapest way is to take it apart and paint it yourself. The HAF 912 is the only chassis under $50 that can support front and top mounted 200mm fans. Its larger and more advanced than other chassis in its price. This means if you buy any $49.99 chassis you would be paying for just the paint, the inside layout will be smaller and not as advanced as your HAF 912.

Just go to the hardware store and buy a can of spraypaint for $6. Thats cheaper than buying a crappy case for $40 when you already have a great HAF 912.
