hey every one, well i know it's a rebrand but is there any diffrence at all?
is the 5770 better?

reason why i ask is because i have the chance to rma a 5770 and get a 6770 back in return.

If it's re branded, then it's nothing new. Just another name on the same unit.

both coolers will work fine..but second one take the air and puts it into the case i believe...
But if you really want a cooler look at getting aftermarket for the cards.....
keep the stickers on the mounts and the original coolers and casing ...then get something like this..

should work on your card because i think the board is just rebranded

Id get the 6770 just because it sounds newer, has the 6xx driver support, and you could Xfire it with a 6790 if you wanted.

they're basically samething. Most of 5770 will be deactivated, so it might be cheaper than 6770s. Look for a cheap 5770 and save your money.

i dont believe the 6770 and 6790 can crossfire as the 70 is old architecture and 90 is new architecture

5770 and 6770 are same chips so they should be able to xfire.

in that case 6770 will be your option Same cards, but 6770 should have newer manufactured date too.

basicly,5770 and 6770 are almost the same, just change the name. The speeds and effect is same when you play 3D games. If you want to buy a new card, you can think about 6850.
