Control speedfan!!!!

Hi guys im having some problems while i use my case opened. my stock cooler stuck in 2600rpm. i would like to change that speed to increase it a little bit like 3500 or so. Any idea? i tried with speedfan, checking the bios, and nothing 100% is 2600 :S it seems like when i close the case and the interior temp goes up the cooler increse it speed

i think you need to go in your bios and disable "automatic fan control" or whatever its called on your screen.
