Sorry I was caught up with the $149 hp touchpad 32gb.. <- Got three of em'

Nonetheless, I will definitely do a clean install of the drivers. Right now its sitting on the secondary bios with stock settings?

Hey. Sounds like your card is unstable. I've had 3 6950s and unlocked each, and never reinstalled drivers. I change cards a lot and never uninstall drivers unless I'm switching to the other side..

Seems like your card is unstable man. Just back down to the stock shaders, the difference is only ~5% in most cases and a mild overclock can net you 6970 performance.

Just by chance, did you flash it with a 6970 bios or did the shader unlock mod on your 6950 bios?

Try pumping more volts into the card.

I used the shader unlock mod on the 6950 bios that was on it. I'm back to using stock. I just sold the card on eBay. Will see what happens (hopefully it's drivers, because during gaming its flawless with unlocked shaders. Only in Windows 7 aero theme).

It's a driver issue. The shaders aren't used for desktop duty anyways.
