Will this loop be sufficient?

Okay, so heres the deal, my sig rig is too big. I love this case, and I wish I could keep it, but given my current living situation I just can't, so its going home with my old rig in it to serve as my hometown computer when I visit.

I'm going to be stuffing a Lian-Li PC-A05NB with effectively the same parts. When I do this I want to go ahead and drop the GPUs and mobo under water as well (which might be getting upgraded to 2x 580s if I come across the money, thats still tbd)

Heres the parts I am planning on WC-wise:

2x XSPC RX240 radiator's
1x EK Supreme HF CPU WB
2x EK GTX460 FC wb's (nickel plated by me, or RRTech, not ek)
2x MCP-350 pumps with the EK Acetal 5.25" bay mount top
1x T-Line reservoir to fillport

I was going to put an RX360 in the top of the case, but have since decided against that since I would like to try and keep a 4tb array on my LSi card as well as an optical drive bay open (I've done the measurements and know what and where I have to cut to make this possible with the pumps.)

Should this loop be good enough to keep the i7 920 @4.2ghz cool with the motherboard and gpus added in?

Yes, that will be sufficient rad to cool everything. One note, one pump will get the job done- I'd save the money and go with a single pump.
