Here's a shot of mine ages ago stable at 3.5ghz, had to raise the voltage to 1.475 to get it stable on my board...i'll post my config as soon as I do a system reset.

The Athlons have a max temp of 71c. Use HWMonitor as I can't seem to gather temps from that screen.

I ran all day at 1.4v @ 3.5GHZ on my 630, I forget what I needed for 3.7GHZ - temps were 45C on air.

@Shev7chenko -- I dropped to 3.3, and I'm stable as a rock on stock voltage. Temps are looking great too, but I need more! lol

I don't understand; is it my mobo? What's keeping me from getting the seemingly easily obtainable 3.5Ghz?

Your Mobo is probably adequate for normal business use, but it's not designed for overclocking or having enthusiasts in mind.

Yeah you probably hit a wall with that chip. Just like I did with mine at 3.5ghz
