Can't boot into Windows 7, other issues

Alright, so I have an older 200gb HDD. Been working fine has 3 partitions:
C: is my main Windows 7 64-bit partition
D: is my Windows 7 disk files copied and made bootable, like a recovery partition.
The last one, forgot the letter is my *Might get flamed for this* Snow Leopard Hackintosh Partition.

My problem is, I was trying to boot into windows 7, I go through the Chameleon Bootloader and then to my Windows startup options. I have Windows 7 and recovery as options, I boot with Windows 7.

I booted into Windows and installed Macdrive 8, then uninstalled it and rebooted. I try and boot back into Windows and it goes the the loading windows screen, like normal and after a bit it looks like it's going to the login screen and reboots.
EDIT: This time I saw a blue screen for a few milliseconds before it rebooted.

Info: Chkdsk finds no problems at all, startup repair says it can't repair automatically. Then I booted into recovery, fixed the MBR and rebooted. Now it goes to a blinking underscore.
I used Nawcoms boot cd which was used for OSX, and it finds all my partitions. I select Windows NTFS and it goes to my startup options with recovery and windows 7. Yay, choose Windows 7 and it does the same thing, reboots.
I can boot into my recovery and use command prompt, I need to fix this. Question is, how do i do it?

Sorry it's so long, wanted to give as much info as possible

I think I found the problem, I think my HDD is dying. Ever since moving some cables around, adding a second HDD (Which turns out is dead, with the knocking. So I unplugged it). I have had a strange noise, I thought it was a fan, sounded almost like a cricket but stopped after a bit, but started as soon as the computer booted.

Is that the HDD dying?
