Thank you very much guys/gals, i appreciate all the help . i think im going to go with the 650 watt seasonic. it seems like a good price for the performance ill get. im worried about my old 450 watt giving out or harming my other hardware.

Another vote for the Corsair TX650M. Corsair's warranty/service is exceptional. Speaking from experience.

That will give you rough diea of hiw big a psu you need. So long as your at or under 650 w, the seasonic x-650 will be able to handle it. Trust me, i have that psu and right now its so effecient the fan isnt even spinning, even though im folding away at 100% load on the cpu.

Yeah its that good.

Personally I would go with the Antec or the Corsair but the XFX is not bad at all too. Maybe the TX650 over the HCG-620 because you get 30W and Corsair's unbelievable customer service.
