Your set up looks like it could be very very close to what I'm shooting for. Anything you would have done differently? better?http://www.overclock.net/intel-general/1096541-approve-my-build.html
i just posted that to get some opinions
Actually, it does everything I needed/wanted it to do. I'm not really a gamer, so I had no idea what kind of GPU to get. I chose the one I did because it seemed to be well rated and said it could support 6 monitors. I wanted to try out Eyefinity myself. I have had 4 monitors hooked up at once, but only use 3 now. It allows for some serious multi-tasking.
The same can be said for my PSU. I knew Corsair was among the best and I wanted something with a little head room in case I added something later so I got the AX850.
I went with the Intel SSD since most folks agreed it was one of, if not the most reliable long-term. I was a little worried when the 8mb bug surfaced, but just today installed the firmware that's supposed to correct it. Props to Intel for addressing and correcting it so quickly.
I stuck with WD drives since I've always had good luck with them in the past.
Overall, I don't think I would change a thing. In fact, I am already planning "Niban", which will be for home use. My first one was for work. The only thing I've changed is to go for 16GB of RAM, again just because I want to...
I'm also looking at different cases. I love the 650D, but it's pretty big. I guess I could make room at the house for one, but if I could find one with the same look and build quality in a smaller size, I'd definitely be interested.
I think you're going to be very happy with your build. I have no regrets myself.
Hope this helps,
