Fractial Arc Midi worth the money??

I've been looking for a new mid-tower case for last few weeks now and its really hard to find smth more or less impressive these days, especially for under $130 which is my budget. Anyways im looking at Fractial design Arc Midi and i kinda started liking it. It seems to be well built, has good cooling/cable management and looks good too but im not sure if it worth $120 ($100+$20sh)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...Tpk=arc%20midi

I mean is it really worth paying for it $50 over lets say CM 690 II Advanced which i can buy for $70 shipped. Sure, rubber grommets and white pci slot covers are great but i have doubts if it worth $50 price premium. Opinions?

I'd say it's worth it.

If I didn't have my current case, this one would probably be my next.

Also, I heard that the backpanel where wires are hidden behind is roomier than most cases, so wire management should be a relatively painless experience. To me, that's worth at least 30 bucks more.

Thanx for the tip man, i like that case, especially inverted motherboard orientation, however what concerns me about it is cooling, with 2 120mm fans in total i dont think it would provide sufficient cooling.

i agree, $20 or so extra would probably make sense but would you pay for it $50 over cost of 690 II?

A case is something that's meant to show your style and persona in my opinion, so if it come down to a monetary decision, then yes I would.

How would I justify it like this? What are the two things you are going to be looking at all the time? Your monitor and your case. If you've chosen an ugly case with great features, sooner or later your going to be tempted to mod it to improve it's looks or use a sledge hammer against it! (OCN Extreme Modding LOL)

Personally I would pay top dollar to have a beautiful case and monitor than be a cheap penny saver on the two things you'll be looking at all the time. You can always save up the rest of the money needed to go inside of a case as newer tech is always coming out that's going to one up the last generation of tech.

Just my two cents.

Cant argue here. Good case is a foundation of build. A question, do u find Arc Midi beautiful or u just saying in general terms?
Personally i'd like to have a window in my case, i find it pleasant to look at nice components with good cable management. If Arc had a clear side panel - it'd be perfect for me. I guess there is always space for some modifications.

I find the case beautiful myself and like yourself, and maybe others too, I would also to see it with a side window as I think that would make the case even more! Though what I did say can be used in general terms as well

I guess that the side window would be the one mod I'd enjoy doing myself if fractal design doesn't come out with a window panel as either an included part or as an option to purchase.

Fractal Arc Midi
Corsair 400R/500R
CM 690 II

Probably the best overall options in that price range.
