JUST did an RMA on my Gigabyte board because of the same issue. It's called the boot cycling error, pretty common in the Z68 Gigabyte boards from what I hear and from personal experience.

Just RMA it and try the new board out or get a refund and get a different brand.
I hope it is the case and that they can replace my mobo right away as I'm going to go to their shop tomorrow.

Yah, Dustin1 is right, you did everything else, good work eliminating everything though! I know this sucks, but it's time to RMA that motherboard!

Ahh I see.. Well yeah man, I hate to break it to ya, but I just went through the same situation, new board fixed me right up and I'm up and running as we speak. However my new board did boot cycle about 10-12 times before it started running problem free.. So if you are in a situation where you can get a replacement right away you are lucky!

Best of luck man!

Thanks for the help guys, appreciate it! Yeah hope they replace it immediately when I visit them in their shop lol!

PS: This is my very first rig after 4-5 years and a hardware failure smacks me, sad.
