Horrible cpu my 920@3.4 has 2% cpu usage. looks like a joke from AMD
post #62 of 118
I guess since it is only using 50% of the CPU core the FX processors will be worthy for a fair few years to come.

50% on only 4 of the 8 cores, possibly an ES CPU,with who knows what GPU.

True, But the final silicon may be better (well, most likely will be yessir.gif) So we may see even better than that (Yay, Can possibly have a FX processor and not need to upgrade it for years!!!)

Graphics are most likely 6990 or some 69xx series card.

Lol what a horrible way to showcase your Product.

Bulldozers' main catch is the whole "look mom, my PC had eight cores!" thing. They then go on to showcase a game that barely uses 3...

stay classy AMD.

Yeah but it's not like we will stay with 2-3-4 and 6 core variants forever, We have to move on with technology, We can't still have quad cores and 6 cores in 2050, We got to move on to 8-10 core variants in between 2011-2014, Otherwise we will still be stuck with 2-4-6 cores if people keep complaining that AMD is just adding cores for bragging rights and to make up for poor performance (we don't even know the performance yet so no one can say anything).

preaching to the choir, but you would need to turn a pretty big blind eye to see that AMD has alot of catching up to do on its ipc and adding more cores isn't the answer, making Faster ones is.

True, But my point is we can't stay with 2-4 and 6 core variants for eternity, Everyone is just paying AMD out because they got a 8core variant in bulldozer, They still have 4 and 6-core variants with bulldozer though..

Can someone identify the case they have used? It looks like a Corsair, but with a clear side to it. Really Nice.
I think the case window is a mod from MNPCTECH.com and you can look at the unboxing on one of the modders channel here
http://www.mnpctech.com/casemodblog/...tion-ordering/ or

Hope this helped you out.
