First Water Cool - What do I need

Whats up guys, thanks to some of you here i just ordered my first custom system. Now i need help on a custom water cooling system.

Here's what i got:

Intel i7 2600k

MSI Twin Frozr HD 6950 2gb

Asus P8Z68 V-Pro

2 1TB F3 spinpoint

Lexar Media Crucial 64 gb SSD

Corsair Gold 850W

G.Skill 2x4gb ripsaw 1600mhz

All built into a desk so no case.

Whats the best water blocks i can buy? for at least the CPU and GPU

How big of a radiator do i need?

I also have another system that will be in close proximity with a gts 8800 and I'm not positive what the CPU is till i get the cooler off it.

Was thinking about possibly splitting the in and out on a larger radiator and cooling both with one rad an 2 pumps.

Don't think you can put a full block on those GPU's as they might not be refrence cards.

CPU blocks:

For rads, it'll depend on what type of fans you want to run on it. Ultra quiet or super perfomance (very noisy).

HW Labs SR-1 Rad is great for super quiet fans (>2000 RPM)
HW Labs GTX Rad is good with high RPM fans (<2000RPM)
XSPC Rads is for a more budget consious choice.
ThermoChill make some nice rads also (PA series).

I like how the Rasa block should be right in the middle, but it isn't on the charts. I would say go with the rasa because of how cheap it is for how well it performs.

Guess i need to do more research to understand all of this. But here's a general question. The motherboard will be in its own little box sealed off. power supply, HD's and everything else will be mounted outside. So how much fan needs to run inside the motherboard box? Maybe 1 or 2 intake on top and 1 or 2 exhaust on the bottom?

Also would any of you know where I could get a basic motherboard mount. Would rather not cut up an old case...
