Build one yourself from some lumber and nails, and some foam. It will be cheaper and hold up better than anything you can buy, and might even be comfortable

But im 330 lbs... I highly doubt i will build one with all the wood touching and nailing. Just seems like too much work.

Make one of your prisoners build it

Seriously, use 4x4"s for legs, with crossbeams. For the seat you should use something like steel rebar welded into a mesh for flexiblity, with a few layers of cloth, a pillow, and memory foam. For the back, I'd use some springs, steel pipe and a padded 2x6. Monroe shocks/struts are optional, but recommended.

Amazon.com: 1000-lb. Capacity Big Executive Chair With Arms - Black: Home & Garden

Looks nice, i would love to plop down in that. Wayyy to much though,
they are so cheap i only get one pair of shorts that i wash every other day. And the chair i broke was the last spare we had in the whole facility. It would be nice if they let me bring in a Lazy-Boy chair. I would love to taunt the inmates, (Aye boi, im sittin comfy, feel meh?)

Guess OCN failed me this time, only one person suggested a chair I can barely fit into this new one so he has no choice but to buy one.
