What laptop should I get for school? ($1200 budget)

Thread Starter
I know $1200 sounds like a lot but I don't like spending less then $1000 on a desktop or laptop.

I won't be gaming or anything. What would you recommend? I want want something of decent-big size (monitor size). Minimum I would at least want an i7 core processor and probably a decent video card if I do any graphics work.

You would be better off with, perhaps, a micro-ATX desktop. If you'd like, I'll assemble a build for you based on an mATX platform.
