Update. I changed what i wanted around a little. Does it look better?I also need to find out a good way to cut the tubing evenly.

That reservoir is also a pump, right?

Looks like a good loop. You will need compression fittings (or barbs) to connect the tubing though.

Also, a Heatkiller LC is only 50 bucks. That's why I opted for it.

Looks good, but if you are using high speed fans why not get a HWlabs Black Ice gtx 360? With high speed fans they have the best performance.

Interestingly at 3000 RPM you can get the same performance from a GTX240 as you can from an RX360. In theory anyway.

The GTX360 dissipates ~640W at 3000 RPM. Take that and multiply by 2/3 and you get ~425W for a 240 rad, which is just a little less than the RX240 at 3000 RPM... (N.B. This is from extrapolated data which may or may not be accurate, and real usage rarely lines up with experiments. I am not suggesting you buy a 240 rad, just pointing out that the GTX rads are by far and away better performers than RX rads at high fan speeds.)

If you are really looking to lower the cost, why not consider a MCR320? They offer some of the best bang for buck of any rad out there. You shouldn't really notice a difference between that and the RX360 according to Skinnee's results.
