Need Advice 560ti versus 6950 2GB Details included

As the title states, deciding on either the 560ti (probably MSi TF), and a 2GB 6950. I wanted to unlock the 6950 so it has unlocked shaders and 6970 clocks but have heard that even with reference cards this is impossible or "luck of the draw" now. I need to know which of these cards will perform better for gaming out of an overclocked 560ti, probably the:

or a 2GB 6950, probably either

I will be gaming, possibly with dual monitors but with the game only on one of the screens at 1920x1080 (1080p). I need the card which will stay cool while also performing the best.

Also if you could shed some light on whether unlocking is possible and if so, if either of the two 6950s listed would be unlock-able. Thanks!

Bump. Sorry need a response quickly.

According to this the 6950 1GB is slightly better in most things than the 560, the 2 GB version should even be a little better than that. I can't really say for your chances of unlocking or not.
