That would play TF2 just fine, Left 4 Dead surely but maybe not on Max settings, and Crysis with a 5570... Definitely not on max settings but should be fine on low to med. It also depends on what resolution you will be playing on.

The best thing to do when it comes to gaming PC's though, is just build your own. You can probably put together a computer much better than that iBuypower PC for the same price. What's the price? I'll throw together a cart on newegg and post a screen shot here for an example configuration.

The biggest issue is that 5570. Its kinda low end. It will play those games, but on l4d and crysis, you are going to be turning down settings for sure.

Probably should build a budget amd rig... You can build one for 500 ~ 600 for those kind of games.

Can you recommend a better PC? I've asked that to someone before and he said just build one. I have no idea how to build one. I have no experience. So can you just recommend one? Please?

I looked up the price of that computer by the name you gave us, it was $559 on Circuit city, so I went to the egg and threw this together for $556, and you can take off $25 instantly with promo codes and another $20 with an MIR on the GPU:

Building a computer is really pretty easy, I can link you to a video that will go through every step you need to know.

Here you go;

What is the pre-built price? Those spec isn't going to last you unless you're sticking to those games for another 2-3 years.
