Good cooler for OC'ing to 4.2GHz?

Thread Starter
Hello there fellow members of OC.net. I recently joined this morning seeing how I've always somehow ended up at this site reading forums on any possible tech questions. I was wondering if any of you could offer some suggestions for a nice cooler for overclocking where a full load might stay around 50-62C? I've been looking at this highly rated cooler from none other than Newegg .

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835103065

It's a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus. Has anyone here perhaps used this specific cooler before? And if you have, perhaps you could provide some useful feedback on how well it performs as a cooler. Thank you for your time.

Hyper 212+ is easily the best thing you can get for the money, you'll easily get as high as your CPU can go(except it might start to get close to 62C around 1.55v, depends on your ambient temperature and airflow).

Mine does 36C while gaming and 40C on Prime95 after a 12 hour run at 3445mhz@1.2v. I like low temps

Then something is seriously wrong with either your Cooling solution, airflow, ambient temperature or CPU.

2x 120mm fans on the 240mm XT radiator (Pull) which is outside my case, and there's 1x 120mm fan (Push) on the XSPC RS240mm radiator that I modded inside my case.

I'd get a tower cooler like a Noctua or closed loop H2O pre-fab like H6O/H8O. H5O handles my B55 at 4.0 fine, but pushing past 4.0 with 45nm intel/AMD tends to start getting hot.
